How do we get started?

Simply complete our inquiry form, and we'll send you our Services & Pricing Guide. From there, we'll schedule a consultation to learn more about your wedding and help you choose the best package.

What's the difference between your packages?

Each package offers a different level of planning support, from wedding day coordination to full-service planning. During your consultation, we'll help you determine which package best fits your needs.

Do you help with vendor recommendations?

Absolutely! We love connecting couples with trusted vendors that fit their vision, priorities, and budget. The level of vendor guidance and support included depends on the planning package you select.

How involved will we be in the planning process?

As involved as you want to be. Some couples prefer a hands-on approach, while others want us to take the lead and guide decisions. The level of involvement also depends on your package, with more comprehensive planning support included in our higher-tier services.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A signed agreement and 30% deposit are required to reserve your date in our calendar. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date.

Are you insured?

Yes! We maintain business liability insurance and can provide proof of coverage to your venue upon request.

Will you set up our décor?

Yes! We set out your pre-approved personal décor and follow your setup plan. We do not set large or heavy items, live floral arrangements, or food and beverage, but we'll make sure everything you've planned is placed with care.
